Our white chocolate bonbons and fillings feature Noël Blanc 30%, a smooth, creamy white chocolate imported from France. Made with real cocoa butter (not vegetable fats), Noël Blanc has a velvety melt and a rich, dairy-forward flavor with natural vanilla undertones. Its balanced sweetness makes it ideal for both fillings and hand-painted details.
Our milk chocolate creations use Callebaut 823, a legendary Belgian couverture milk chocolate with 38% cocoa content, made by Barry Callebaut, one of the most respected chocolate makers in the world. This chocolate is beloved by chefs for its silky texture, deep caramel notes, and balanced cocoa richness. It’s warm, comforting, and versatile, perfect in bonbons, fudge, and molded treats.
For a more intense, sophisticated experience, we turn to Schokinag 64% Dark Chocolate, crafted in Germany by a company known for its precision and purity. This chocolate offers a bold yet smooth profile, with deep cocoa flavor, low bitterness, and a subtle hint of fruitiness. It’s the perfect choice for dark chocolate lovers who want intensity without harshness.
All of our chocolates are made with true couverture—a premium-grade chocolate with a higher cocoa butter content than standard chocolate. This not only improves the flavor and melt but also gives our pieces their signature glossy finish and snap.
It all started on a “Bring Your Kid to Work Day.” One of the activities was making chocolate lollipops, and my youngest daughter was instantly hooked. She talked about it for weeks, and I couldn’t help but be inspired by her excitement. I bought our very first chocolate mold, and from there, a sweet little tradition began.
We started making chocolates together at home, and what began as a fun bonding activity quickly turned into a full-blown passion. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve continued crafting handmade chocolates from my home kitchen in Coral Springs, Florida, pouring love and creativity into every piece.
I began making platters and edible displays for friends and family—baby showers, graduations, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, and everything in between. Each one was made to match the moment, and before long, word began to spread.
Every time someone new saw one of my arrangements, they’d ask in disbelief,
“Wait... that’s chocolate?”
And I always smile and say,
“That’s Chocolate!”
Today, I still operate as a cottage kitchen with the same homemade care and attention to detail, creating beautiful, hand-painted chocolates for special occasions all across South Florida and beyond.
