We take immense pride in all of our products and customer service, and to ensure every package arrives in the best possible condition, great care is taken in the packaging of our confections! We use insulated bubble wrap as well frozen gel packs in each shipment.
Although most orders ship within two business days, hand-painted items and custom orders may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to prepare, dependent upon the difficulty and detail of the items and quantities ordered. Due to varying temperatures across the country, we may not ship over a weekend in order to ensure premium quality on arrival. As one might expect, holidays are always a busy time for us and may require a little extra time to fulfill orders. With all of this in mind, please be sure to order your custom chocolates in advance of the date you need the delivery.
We use the United States Postal Service and FedEx to ship all of our orders within the contiguous United States. For tracking information, an email address will be required when placing your order. If the shipping destination is over 78 degrees, we require overnight shipping and rates will vary. To ensure no package is left in the elements, we require a signature for all packages. Please make sure the recipient is aware of this and will be available at the shipping location.
We cannot be held responsible for melted chocolates if packages are left outside for any length of time. However, if for any other reason, your order does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us for a prompt replacement.
